Its big and heavy but i think worth the extra 200 or so $ over the pro9000. Prints las longer and look a little nicer. You'll def need some room for this puppy to work though. Its a tough choice over epson and others but great quality. If you're only a hobbiest i'd just buy your bigger prints online but if you're a pro thats printing a portfoio or lots of prints for a show or just sale you'll...

Strengths: Excellent pictures and Customer Support
Weakness: not able to use a roll of paper
Finally Cannon has a high end printer that competes with theEpson Stylus R2400 that uses archival pigment inks. The prints are beautiful, an excellent choice for professionals who don't need to use a format wider than 13". I'm hoping that they will come out with a roll adaptor to use roll paper.
