Strengths: Fast, crisp prints, good photo quality too!
Weakness: Draws lots of power..
I've read lots of reviews on this printer.. So, I was expecting poor photo quality.. To my surprise, full page photo prints are absolutely beautiful.. Maybe it is becuase my camera is half way decent.. Don't let the bad reviews scare ya.. These people that are complaining about the photo quolity just aren't good photographers and/or their cameras must be low quality.. The prints are comparable to...
Strengths: Print quality is great. Like the feature of "always on" but in an idle state to conserve energy.
Weakness: A little noisy on initial startup, but nothing severe. Having trouble finding a compatible wireless USB print server. Could be that it's just too new to have drivers, though.
I'm very pleased with the printer overall. I had two printers previously, a b&w laserjet and a color inkjet. Doing the calculations on consumables, I found the cost much less per page for the Magicolor. I own a technology consulting company and we use two at the office and have had exceptional reliability. Highly recommend any of the Magicolor printers.
Strengths: The price. We found one for ~$200 and they're easily available around $300. Print quality for the money.
Weakness: Can be slow and noisy. Paper handling.
For the money this a very good color printer. The toner is costly, but has good capacity and you can get a fairly low cost per printout. The printer does not have a built-in network port, but it works fine for me on our office network. We just set it to share on the machine it's connected to... have not tried it on a network print server hub. I like the rotate toner function. The software that...
Strengths: Print Quality is good. Decent price for a Laser printer.
Weakness: picture printing is not that good, large footprint, heavy as heck.
This color laser printer works great and the price is acceptable. Overall, this is a pretty good printer. This is not a large scale network printer, but for the price, it's speed, print quality, efficiency, and small scale ability make it a great choice for many looking for the benefits of laser. it's bulky and heavy
Strengths: excellent price. good qality printing.
Weakness: picture printing is not that good.
I got this one for an excellent price. This printer is one of the faster four-pass color lasers. It is bulky printer, weighs about 50 lbs. A ery low price, good performance, and reasonably good output makes it a an ideal choice for at least personal use. I've set it up against my desktop PC and shared it and now I can print on this printer from any of my other laptop.
Strengths: decent quality, relatively small-sized with color printing function
Weakness: same weakness as most laser color printing machines: expensive toner
I purchased this printer from staples for less than 200 bucks, which is a great bargain. Overall the printer is pretty decent, the quality is very good. If you can get such a bargain, go for it and you won't regret.
Strengths: Decent price for this quality color laser printer. Small size for this much functionality
Weakness: Cartridges are expensive and run out fast.
Its size really surprised me at the first day it arrived my home, it is a monster. But after my research a little bit about all other color laser printers, I found I have already got the smallest and best one for my home office. Its print quality is very good, I like it sharp and bright color. But you need to consider seriously about the expense, since the cartridge is kind of expensive and for...
Strengths: Great price, decent quality.
Weakness: Toner is expensive.
This printer is a great deal. The toner, however, is not. It costs around twice as much as that of comparable laser printers. Other than that, this is an awesome printer for the price.
Strengths: Inexpensive. Fast performance for a four-pass design. Impressively easy setup. Excellent text quality. spectable, if not ideal, graphic and photo output. GOOD PRINTER AT a desect price, decent quality, relatively small-sized with color printing function.
Weakness: The ratings for photos and graphics are less than the best quality available from a color laser. As all other printers the same problem, inks are too expensive I hate that in printers.
The 2400W is excellent for text, with most fonts easily readable. Graphics quality is at the high end of good, with only minor issues, including mild visible dithering. Photos is in a good rating, flawed primarily by loss of detail in light areas. Overall, the output is just one step below the best available in color lasers. The Konica Minolta magicolor 2400W drops the entry cost for color laser...

MagiColor 2400W Laser Printer (20 PPM, 2400x600 DPI,...
Strengths: Inexpensive. Fast performance for a four-pass design. Impressively easy setup. Excellent text quality.
Weakness: photos and graphics are less than the best quality available from a color laser printer
Great print quality and quick speed make it terrific for home use and my small office. The manual feed for envelopes and single sheets keeps it from being a 10 in my book.
