HP (Hewlett-Packard) Cyan Toner Cartridge
Strengths: It works
Weakness: The "smart" technology makes you stop printing when the cartridge calculates it is empty, not when it really is empty.
At the high cost of this cartridge, I don't want a "smart" cartridge to tell me I can't print any more. The whole printer stops until you install a new cartridge. It's "smart" enough to increase HP's bottom line with this bit of apparent consumer extortion. HP could easily allow us to override the "stop" command until we feel the cartridge is really empty.
