I bought this from a Brick and Mortar office supply store and I had to keep emailing HP regarding my rebate. They finally sent it out 2 months after I submitted it. As for the printer itself, it fits general purpose, prints fast and in good resolution, and takes up little desk space. Haven't used it long enough to comment on the toner capacity yet. All in all a satisfactory purchase.
