Samsung Toner Cartridge for SCX-4016 SCX-4116 and...
Strengths: Works fine.
Weakness: Initial problems.
There was a small tube lodged into the side of my cartridge. I assume this became lodged during the manufacturing process since the cartridge was sealed in tamper proof packaging. I did not see it initially and spent 30 minutes trying to figure out why the cartridge was not working. When I saw and removed the tube the cartridge worked fine. The tube was definitely not put there intentionally (i.e., it was not packing material) unless it was put there by a disgruntled employee.
I’m sure this was an anomaly. Given the way the tube was lodged into the side of the cartridge it would have been difficult for a quality control inspector to see. Nonetheless, I felt obligated to downgrade them on this review because of receiving a “defective” product.
